Data Collected

Association Evaluation collects data from every visitor of the Website to monitor traffic and fix bugs. We routinely use this web log information in the aggregate in order to administer and improve our website. Association Evaluation collects information on condominium associations and homeowner associations, as well as the individuals who provide information pertaining to a specific order or member account. We collect identifiable information from website users when they choose to set up an account or purchase a product or service online. User and association information collected includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:

  • Company and business professional contact information, including name, title, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address;
  • Detailed condominium and homeowner association profiles and statistics, including structural and organizational information;
  • Detailed financial information and documents from specific condominium and homeowner associations, provided by users, and obtained by Association Evaluation staff;
  • Business professional data as it relates to users professional lives, and their utilization of Association Evaluation’s services and products, such as name, company, title, and business contact information.

Association Evaluation asks its users to log in and provide certain personal information (such as your name and email address) in order to be able to save your account and the documents and information associated with it. In order to enable these or any other login based features, we use cookies to store session information for you convenience. You can block or delete cookies and delete cookies and still be able to use Association Evaluation, although if you do you will then be asked for your username and password every time you log in to the Website.

You are able to view, change and remove your data associated with your account. If you choose to delete your account, please contact us and we will follow up with such a request as soon as possible.

Use and Sharing of the Data

Association Evaluation only uses your personal information to provide you with affiliated products and services or to communicate with users about the services or the Website. We may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with Association Evaluation, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.

We will only collect the information that is necessary to fulfill certain product orders, using the information only for the limited, permissible purpose for which it is collected, and we will take commercially reasonable steps to adequately secure the information.

Association Evaluation employs and contracts with people and other entities that perform certain tasks on our behalf who are under our control (our “Agents”). We may need to share personal information with our Agents in order to provide products or services to you. Unless we explicitly say differently, our Agents do not have any right to use personal information or other information we provide them beyond the scope of what is necessary to assist us. You hereby consent to our sharing of personal information with our agents.

Removal from Lists

If you supply us with your postal or e-mail address online you may receive periodic mailings or e-mails from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events, including those sponsored by our affiliate organizations. Persons who supply us with their phone numbers online may receive phone contact from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive any mailings, e-mails, or phone calls, please contact us.

In the even you elect not to receive any future contacts from the Association Evaluation Website and its affiliate organizations, we will endeavor to remove your name from all of our contact lists; however, information is sometimes difficult, if not impossible, to remove from all data sources, and we can only promise to endeavor to remove you from any lists we control. We shall have no liability under this Policy for our failure to accomplish this objective.
